WAVEPIA is the RFIC/MMIC design house based in South Korea.

We design and develop RF GaN HEMT Bare dies and RF GaN Transistors which are customizable upon the customer’s request. We provide not only the devices but also our own RF solutions named High Power GaN PLL(HPGP).

 

While the processing era has reached its full scale and existing semiconductor processing technology has reached its limit, our company has challenged core processing and found a solution that can bring evolution to semiconductor technology.
